主讲人简介:
ZHANG WEIGUO博士,主要研究领域为高血压和心血管病的药物治疗及营养干预和营养与疾病关系,现任帝斯曼营养产品部人类营养与康健大中华区科学事务总监、美国University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center和加拿大University of Ottawa客座教授及多个国际学术期刊编委。已揭晓高水平SCI论文60余篇,中文焦点期刊论文10余篇, 加入编写英文著作1部,申报国际专利6项,并在国际相关学会数次获奖, 多次主持营养与康健领域国际与地区聚会并举行百余次学术演讲。
主讲内容:
Zero Hunger and Good Health and Well-being are two of 17 global sustainable development goals set by United nations in 2015. Hunger results in malnutrition in many ways. Micronutrient deficiency, due to inadequate intakes of vitamins and minerals, accompanies hunger. However, micronutrient deficiency can be independent of hunger, thereby being called “hidden hunger”. The prevalence of hidden hunger may be far than we think and its long-term impact is often overlooked. The aim of the presentation is to provide scientific and investigational insights into the issue.
